Cancellation of stock gown(s)
If you cancel your lay by on a stock gown(s), the following cancellation fee will be incurred:
• An administration fee of 10% of the total lay by
• A fee of 20% of the total lay by will be charged for each month or part thereof, the lay by was held.

Cancellation of ordered gown(s)
You are entitled to cancel your lay by without penalty within 48 hours of your initial deposit. After this period the following cancellation fee will be incurred:
• An administration fee of 10% of the total lay by will be charged if production on your gown has not commenced.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total lay by will be charged if production on your gown has commenced.
• If the gown has been: made and then altered; is made-to-measure; is a special design; or is an imported gown – the order cannot be cancelled and the gown must be paid for in full and taken, or all monies previously paid will be forfeited.
