We had a fantastic time today trying on dresses for my daughters wedding and her sisters as bridesmaids. The staff, especially Katherine, were wonderful and stayed back late for us as we are from out of town .

I got my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses through Brides of Sydney. From the get-go – they were the loveliest ladies to deal with. I walked in without an appointment on Saturday – explained that I was from Canberra, had spotted a dress that they sold and just wanted to try on that one dress, and they squeezed me in for an appointment within 30 minutes. While the dress I picked wasn’t ‘the one’, the lady assisting me recommended another one that was very similar and that turned out to be the one I bought. Every single time I dealt with Brides of Sydney (city store), they were so warm and friendly. Highly recommend having a look for your wedding dress here 🙂

I flew my best friend in to dress shop and this was our first stop as I’ve been told by many people the selection and service was a great starting point. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tiana. She is fabulous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and genuine. A week prior to my appointment I had foot surgery and needed a knee scooter, Tiana willingly and gleefully took on the challenge of helping me into all my dresses with one leg. She knew it was my first appointment but didn’t pressure me and only offered genuine advice for the next appointments over the following days. Ultimately I fell in love with the very first dress I put on at Brides of Sydney but made sure by going to the appointments the next day. The dress is gorgeous and the staff at BOS are nothing short of phenomenal!!! Thank you so much Tiana for helping me feeling truly beautiful and like a bride!!!

With only 5 months until our wedding I was initially quite worried how I would go finding the perfect dress and having it altered, until I walked into Brides of Sydney and met with Hannah who made all my doubts and fears disappear. Being a curvy girl she helped make the experience a very comfortable one. I tried on a number of beautiful dresses but none were jumping out at me, Hannah then pulled out one more dress out of one of her favourite lines and like magic it was perfect, I felt amazing in it!! It even has pockets!! I cannot thank Hannah and all the team at Brides of Sydney for all their help, I would definitely recommend to any bride to be to head to their store, there are so many dresses I was like walking into wedding dress heaven.

I went here for an appointment and they were not pushy at all! My consultant Cath was so helpful that she made sure that I try on the vision that I had of my wedding dress. She took her time and never rushed, was always going with my pace even though I had no idea what i really wanted.

They were really, really amazing! I went there twice to look at dresses and the second time they found my dress for me. The staff were so warm and friendly and made me feel as relaxed as possible.

What an amazing place to find a wedding gown! The staff, and Sevi in particular, were so helpful, kind and honest. There were so many pretty gowns to choose from, in a range of different styles, sizes and pricing options. Having bridesmaid dresses to try on were a bonus too as it makes it a one stop shop. Such a fun shopping experience! The first place I tried on a dress, and the only place I needed to ^_^

Brides of Sydney were so helpful in helping me find a stunning dress. They took care to listen to what I requested and showed me some lovely gowns to try on and I found just the one. The in-house alterations are high quality and the dress fit beautifully for the day.

This was my first shop trying on dresses and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Rebekah was my consultant and was awesome! After trying a few dresses and seeing what looked good and what we liked she then picked a couple and, although they were not what I would have picked, they were simply stunning! There were lots of styles to choose from, and they were exceptionally priced! I unfortunately didn’t find my dream dress here, but would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

‘ve been to the Clarence St store and also the Parramatta store and they were both fantastic!
The customer service is truly superior to any other bridal store I went to, huge range of dresses and quite reasonably priced. I was very impressed with my experience here.
Would definitely recommend checking out either the Clarence St store or the Parramatta store.

Was consulted by Lynne and really loved the customer service. She wasn’t pushy and gave good advice and even helped me take photos! Even though I was there on a Saturday, it didn’t feel rushed and stressful.

By far the most enjoyable of experiences for me.
After having visited a few other bridal stores that could only be described as a joke… Making an appointment at Dressense was the best thing i ever did, i only wish i had done it sooner!!! 🙂
The service was professional, everyone was super friendly and best of all they had bigger sizes for us voluptuous women to try on, which i found practically non existent in other bridal stores, particularly the big name, larger scale stores.
My consultant was Tara and would recommend her to any future bride!! She is a beautiful person, genuine, patient and really knows her job inside out.. i trusted her and she helped me find my dream dress. She listened to all of my crazy requests and never once huffed and puffed about helping me, even after a very long 1.5 hour consultation. I never felt rushed by anyone in the store and left feeling like they really went the extra mile to ensure i was 100% happy.
Thank you Tara and Brides of Sydney for proving that fantastic customer service still exists 🙂

My Mum and I went in first thing on a Friday morning. We we’re giving some tags to put on the dresses that I would like to try. The sales assistant – Francesca, was wonderfully helpful. she gauged my style and body shape, and suggested other dresses. She was even kind enough to pull out a non-sample for me to try.
She asked for both mine and my Mums opinions, and really kept us involved.
Francesca wasn’t pushy at all. She understood that as this was the first shop we had been to, we would want to explore our options. So she wrote down the two dresses I loved, and let me know that if I would like to come back during the weekend to order and have my measurements taken, then it would be no problem.
We did not end up going back, as I found my dress somewhere else.
But I wanted to make special mention of how easy and fun they made my first dress shop experience.
Brides of Sydney have a wonderful range of gowns, and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience.

I lost my dress and deposit to another bridal store that closed down unexpectedly and was devestated! I rang Brides of Sydney and spoke to Francesca who was SO helpful and lovely. They didn’t have my dress in store, however they were still able to order the exact same dress in for me that I fell in love with. Best customer service and really friendly ladies. Highly reccommend! Everyone at this shop has been a delight to deal with. Rang as soon as my dress was in, and I had the all the day fitting with them yesterday, and took my dress home, absolutely fantastic. We had a hiccup with the boys suits (purchased elsewhere) and Sam and Stephanie went above and beyond to help figure out the best solution for us, that also looked good, and thankfully it has all worked out as only 4 weeks out from the wedding. Brides of Sydney have a great range in store of both bridal gowns, bridesmaids and now the suits (previously next door), I even purchased my earrings and hair comb from here also. I would highly reccomend anyone to go to Brides of Sydney.

I bought my wedding dress from Brides of Sydney and have had a great experience. The staff are lovely and friendly, particular Francesca is amazing and made me feel really comfortable – she also has the patience of a saint I must have tried on half the store!. They have a great range of dresses of all price levels and accessories too. I really recommend them.

I had a horrible experience at another unnamed bridal boutique that received my dress a week late and was completely different to what I had originally ordered. With less than a week before my flight to America for my wedding I had three options: take the dress with 50% off, a full refund, or the choice of any dress in the parlor in my size. Unfortunately, all the options were highly unfavorable and I had THREE DAYS to find a gown, I was also in the last stages of my thesis submission and presentation! Stressed much.

A friend took me to a few bridal salons and FRANCESCA AT BRIDES OF SYDNEY saved me. She found my dream dress in less than an hour at another store, had it brought over the next day for me to try on, and lo and behold I was on my flight with my dress stress free. THANK YOU BRIDES OF SYDNEY!
